My name is Rita Auer, our journey begins with a man from the village where I live: Ferdinand, 71 years old, MS and early stage dementia. We meet regularly for short walks, when he has the energy - it's a welcome change for him*.

One day he asks me for help with his online banking. The technology is foreign to him and the many forms are overwhelming. And I helped and still help him - and then I realize: Ferdinand is not alone with these challenges.
